I would sugest something like what we do on WPPlugins A to Z and use a short code creator called my short codes https://wordpress.org/plugins/my-shortcodes/ or there are plugins that do systemwide search and repalce but I have had hit and miss success with them.
As I am starting a switchover to The Events Calendar from Modern tribe I am finding more and more plugins for it to be useful This one is one you can use to add registration to an event and send out emails and track your registrations. The one thing is is lacking is the ability to charge for the registration other than that it is looking pretty good.
If you are into metaphysical things or run a metaphysical site this plugin is for you. It does require a GeoNames account and some setup but it could enhance your metaphysical site in many ways. it looks to give some great chart info and would be a great service to offer your visitors.
This is a simple plugin that will display the daily forecast for what the moons current position is in. It tells you what sign and current position that it is in. This is another great tools if you run a metaphysical website and want to offer something different to your clients.
Switch to another post in edit screen. It shows a meta box at top-right of the edit screen that allows to switch between posts. This works for posts, pages or any custom post types.
